Here we have fun videos for creating the twelve Chinese Zodiac Signs, also known as “shuxiang” in Chinese. These are twelve animals representing people’s year of birth associated with the Twelve Earthly Branches: Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Goat, Monkey, Rooster, Dog, and Pig.
We will make them as origami (OR • i • gam • e) (from the Japanese words ori meaning “folding”, and kami meaning “paper”), the art of paper folding.
